Current Emissions Bills

As expected, new legislation has been introduced to make a change to the PA Emission Inspection Program. The legislation is Senate Bill 332 and House Bill 1333.

AASP-PA has created an Action Plan for each bill in regards to this proposed legislation. Please take a minute to look at the plans and do your part. These plans is a vital tool for us to continue fighting against legislation that could have drastic affects to the Automotive Industry in Pennsylvania.
